Maggie Imhoff, PT, DPT
Maggie completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Tufts University in Boston, MA in 2022. She grew up in Tri-Cities & completed her undergraduate at Gonzaga in 2016. She worked in a research lab until she realized she wanted to work directly with people, improving their lives. She started at Providence Brookside Manor as a caregiver in 2018 & loved it; prompting her to explore a career in healthcare. After a back injury on the job she went through physical therapy herself & discovered its effectiveness as medicine through movement.
Her background as a caregiver lent interest toward geriatric population & empowering the older population towards independence through optimized functional mobility. Maggie ran cross country & track for Gonzaga, thus has intrinsic familiarity & passion to work with runners. Her techniques range from manual therapy, exercises tailored to patients in accordance with the patient’s goals, modalities, and therapeutic activities. Overall the objective is to achieve the patient’s goals for optimal movement & global well-being.
Maggie is a lifelong learner and when she’s not seeing patients, she finds inspiration in rejuvenation in spending time outside in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.
