Kristen Dills, PT, DPT, Women’s Health Specialist, Wellness Coach
Kristen received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver in 2012. Originally from St. Louis, she graduated in 2009 from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while competing at the NCAA DII level as a pole-vaulter. She has certifications through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute for treating disorders of the pelvic floor such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum recovery, and pelvic organ prolapse.
Kristen joined Columbia Gorge Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in 2012. Her treatment approach includes hands-on treatments such as manual therapy, Graston and cupping. Kristen treats low back and hip pain, knee and ankle injuries and shoulder and upper body dysfunction with a mix of treatment and exercise.
Whether you want to get back to gardening or be able to resume the search for the best mountain bike trail Oregon has to offer, Kristen is passionate about helping people feel their very best. Being a life-long athlete herself, Kristen understands the stresses and rewards of physical activity and is passionate about using movement and evidence-based treatments in her patients’ treatment plans. Kristen enjoys keeping up-to-date on the most reliable research and treatments as well as using her experience as a physical therapist to help her patients regain whole-body health.
When she’s not working, Kristen enjoys trail running, mountain biking, road biking, hiking, skiing and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family.
